The existing solid concrete floor was used, saving on the need for major re-structural work often required when refloating or adding a less superior screed.

Preparation and maintenance can be very time consuming and dusty jobs.

Using the HTC floor grinders and polishers, with sequentially finer sanding pads, the old oil-based coatings were removed quickly and the floor leveled and smoothed.

Integrated dust extraction reduced impact on other surfaces and the need for deep cleaning.

Bright harlequin ceramic tiles bring a splash of vibrant colour to a small kitchen. Or choose a timeless calm with subtle pastels and creams.

Ensuite shower-room with white ceramic mosaic tiles for floor and walls; gives a clean airy feel to a small space.

The bathroom, seen below, has smooth pebble mosaic tiles. Carefully fitted and sealed, they give a water-proof floor with a difference.

As always, attention to detail and careful hand finishing was carried out at all stages.
